1. Shipping Locations
Fashionista currently ships to customers throughout Pakistan.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Karachi

Nationwide (Outside Karachi)

Delivery within 6 business days

Orders are shipped through Leopards Courier Services.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier operations, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

Karachi: PKR 300 per order

Nationwide (Outside Karachi): Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, where applicable.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Fashionista offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to ensure that the correct delivery address and contact information are provided to avoid delays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information where available.
Customers can contact us for shipment updates if needed.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with the courier service to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Fashionista reserves the right to assess claims on a case-by-case basis.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Fashionista is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
